Bolt Action Firing Pin Disassembly Tool For Ruger 77 and Rimrock
A third hand for removing the firing pin from Ruger 77 and Rimrock bolt action rifles without lost parts or sore fingers that sometimes accompany this tricky job. Screw the firing pin assembly into the hollow shank, and tighten the threaded, steel shank to compress and capture the mainspring. The hollow shank protects the firing pin tip as it slides over the pin to compress the spring. The cross pin can then be driven out with a punch, and the spring tension relieved by gradually loosening the shank. Fit for Ruger M77 Mark II, 77/22, 77/17, 77/44 bolt action rifles.
