If you need a faster shipping method FedEx, DHL, TNT, EMS, please contact us. You need to pay extra fee for shipping.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO ARRIVE?
International Orders: It usually takes from 10 to 25 working days to ship to most countries, but sometimes the Customs agency within the destination country may choose to delay individual shipments as a random security/inspection measure. On rare occasions these delays can range from 4 to 8 weeks
During the lead up to Xmas, mail delivery times are going to be at the upper end of our estimate and can take longer. Estimated delivery times are guidelines only. We cannot guarantee deliveries will arrive within these delivery windows.
I HAVEN’T RECEIVERD MY ITEMS, WHEN CAN I APPLY FOR A REFUND?
We guarantee that your order will be well packed and will leave our premises in excellent condition. If your order is not delivered in 90 days, you will be able to apply for a refund by contacting our support team. You have 2 weeks to apply.
CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
If you wish to cancel an order, you must do so before your order has shipped. To cancel an order, please contact Customer Service at our support page. They will be happy to process your cancellation and refund. Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method that was used at the time of purchase. It typically takes 3-20 business days for the funds to process back into your account,The method of the refund relies on the method of the payment. If your order has already shipped, you must follow our Returns and Exchange policy in order to receive a refund.
