• Thread Alignment Tool (TAT), die starter for 1/2″x28 TPI dies.
• Stainless Steel
• Thread Specification: 1/2″-28UNEF, 1/2″-20UNF, M14x1CCW/CW, 5/8″-24, M15x1, 9/16″-24, 5/8″-24
• The purpose of this tool is to guide the die vertically onto the tube,
• eliminating the possibility of thread bending.
• These TATs are approximately 1.5″ long and the threaded portion is 1 /2″ and 1″ on the hole side,
• slightly under the bore of your choice (since it’s not uncommon to see holes that vary in size).
• (The purpose of this tool is simply to align the die perfectly with the barrel at 90 degrees)
